What I feel is,
Everyone must know, “Why i am here..!!!”
Is it by accident..? or with wish..?
point to mention,is how much you are committed to your work,no matter what is the background of you,to be in that…!!
Let me share mentality of students which i saw in walchand and FAMT.. मी जी अनुभवली ती..(ह्यात मीही होतोच २००७ मधे )
(no concern of staff here..)
Here 480 out of 500 are placed.(We MTech people are left,because much of indian companies don’t want MTech (computer) 90% Indian IT companies are for IT “मजूर” )
with a single phone call of TPO,all gathers together. at any time..
80% of the BE students were in college after exam over., library study room was always full of these people studying for aptitude.(after 7th sem exam.)
I didn’t find any such passion in FAMT .(atleast before 2 years,I don’t know current scenario….)..What VBK does is of no concern,
but from our side how much we are prepared..? say tomorrow TCS comes in FAMT
how much will surely tell that they will crack that Apti..? here minimum 200 students at time aptitude crack करतात.
FAMT (IT),बद्दल बोलायचे झाले तर
most of the crowd is expert in blame-game (in both students and teachers (अपवाद सोडले तर ) )
Important thing is to create that passion,
as sir said it must come form INSIDE..but
friends करत आहेत म्हणून लाज ठेऊन तरी अभ्यास करणारे कमी नसतात..त्यामुळे अश्या स्वतःहून काम करणाऱ्याना निवडून काढले पाहिजे आणि त्यांच्या मदतीने इतरांना भाग पाडले पाहिजे..
to tell a real story of year 2004..
दत्तात्रय करंबेळकर ला ४ थ्या sem ला pointers अजिबात येत नव्हते कारण तो pointers वाचायचा आळस करायचा , राजेश भिडे नावाच्या त्याच्या मित्राने एकदा त्याला इतक्या भयानक शिव्या घातल्या “भ “ने चालू होणाऱ्या..करंबेळकरचा अहंकार दुखावला..आणि त्याने ठरवला की pointers करायचं..आणि ते त्यानं ते २ तासात केलं..असे राजेश भिडे शोधून काढावे लागतात,कारण त्यांच्यात कितीतरी करंबेळकर सारख्याना line वर आणायचा जालीम उपाय असतो..आणि ह्या मधे मास्तर काहीही करु शकत नाही कारण त्याच्या बोलण्यावर बंधन असतात…
मला असं वाटतं की अशा लोकांना हाताशी धरला तर कदाचित काही तरी होऊ शकेल.हे काम FAMT IT मधे फक्त २ माणसं करू शकतात..
तेव्हा कुठे तरी excellence achieve करण्याची ओढ लागेल,सगळे नाही झाले तरी किमान थोडे तरी “करंबेळकर ” सुधारतील की.. तेच पाहिजे..
१०+२+३+२ pattern चांगला आहे..
आणि त्याच बरोबर हेही महत्त्वाचं आहे की, ते तसं का..? हेही समजून सांगितले गेले पाहिजे…(same applies to Syllabus also..why this is subject there ह्याच कारण पाहिजे पण तो प्रश्न तर आला पाहिजे ना समोरून…!!)
कारण ते नाही समजलं तर चांगल्या गोष्टीचा सुद्धा चुकीचा अर्थ घ्यायला वेळ लागत नाही…( जे आजकाल सरकारी योजनांबद्दल होतं..)
आणखी एक पाहिलेली गोष्ट,म्हणजे students नको त्या गोष्टीना घाबरतात..कशाला doubt विचारा..जावूदे ना..
हे खूप धोकादायक आहे..
जर mind open नसेल तर काहीच होत नाही..
मी याआधी सुद्धा सांगितले आहे की,बोला शंका विचारा,जावून भांडा सर बरोबर असाच का म्हणून ,चर्चेने प्रश्न सुटतात,आपल्या students ना हे कधी समजणार कुणास ठाऊक…!!
माझ्या project guide ला अक्खी शिवाजी university घरबते..इतके ते great आहेत.. P .J.Kulkarni google वर टाकला तर समजेल.. he is in “Who’s Who”
त्यांच्याशी जावून इथली पोरं वाद घालतात की असं का म्हणून…he is deputy director,of walchand..
and this really great college..
इथे जितका खर्च एक department lab develop करायला करता,तितका FAMT चा वार्षिक budget सुद्धा नाहीये..
सांगायचा मुद्धा हाच की इतक्या मोठ्या कॉलेज च्या deputy director, बरोबर मुलं जर बिनधास्त बोलत असतील,तर FAMT मधली का नाही बोलत त्यांच्या सर बरोबर…?
ही बोलायची,आणि शंका दूर करून घेण्याची इच्छा हाच फरक आहे,वालचंद आणि FAMT मधे “फक्त एकच फरक आहे ”
खरंच ह्या juniors समोर,राजेश भिडे,रवींद्र मौर्य,इंद्रजीत चव्हाण,मिलिंद पडाळकर,शिरीष मिश्रा आणखी खूप लोक..(माझे seniors ) समोर आणले पाहिजेत..
FAMT(IT) students really needs some inspiration…only that is lagging..otherwise WE ARE THE BEST..
